Booking your retreat spot is binding upon confirmation and payment of the registration fee or full amount, depending on the offer.
To secure your place, an advance payment according to the amount stated in the booking confirmation is required.

Cancellation and Refunds

 

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to contact@earthlylifeschool.com.

  • Cancellation more than 40 days before the retreat start date: refund of the amount paid minus a 25% administration fee.

  • Cancellation between 30–60 days before retreat start: 50% refund of the payment.

  • Cancellation less than 30 days before retreat start: no refund.

In cases of illness or force majeure, we may, after individual assessment, offer to move your spot to a later retreat or provide a partial refund. A medical certificate may be required.

Payment
Full payment must be received at least 30 days before the retreat start date unless otherwise agreed.
Late payment may result in your spot being released to another participant without further notice.

Liability


The retreat is an alternative wellness program and does not replace medical treatment.
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the retreat.
Earthly Life School is not liable for personal injuries or lost personal belongings during the retreat.

Changes


Earthly Life School reserves the right to change the program, schedule, location, or facilitators if necessary.
If the retreat is cancelled, a full refund or a place at a future retreat will be offered.

Other
We expect all participants to respect the retreat environment and each other.
Participants who behave disruptively or disrespectfully may be asked to leave without refund.

  • Ingen full återbetalning vid sjukdom (inklusive cancer).

  • 25 % återbetalning kan ges i särskilda fall — t.ex. om klienten inte uppfyller grundläggande deltagarkrav (engagemang, närvaro, respektfullt beteende, följsamhet till individuell plan).

  • Ingen återbetalning efter programstart.

  • Vid godkänd återbetalning dras 750 kr i administrationsavgift från beloppet.

  • Detta är alternativ behandling — klienten ansvarar själv för sin hälsa.

Bokning & Fakturering

  • Bokas via mail eller bokningsformulär.

  • Faktura skickas digitalt med 10 dagars betalningstid.

  • Betalning kan delas upp på 2 eller 3 tillfällen — kontakta oss för detta.

  • Kvitto skickas efter genomförd betalning.

  • Gruppcoaching spelas in — deltagare får tillgång till videomaterial i efterhand.

Alla sessioner, ceremonier och bokade möten är personligt förberedda och avsedda för dig med närvaro, energi och tid.

 

Av respekt för processen, tiden och det utrymme som hålls för dig gäller följande:

  • Vid avbokning senare än 24 timmar innan bokad tid återbetalas ingen del av beloppet.

  • Du har möjlighet att boka om din tid en gång, förutsatt att du meddelar minst 24 timmar i förväg.

  • Vid uteblivet besök utan avbokning debiteras hela beloppet.

​

  • Detta säkerställer ett hållbart flöde för både klient och guide samt värnar om den heliga tid som ges för din healing och transformation.
