Join us in Santa Fe for a magical experience of Biodanza, surrounded by shady olive trees. Release the stress, and you will be guided into a dance of water flow, followed by a refreshing session in hot mineral baths, where the water reaches 46 degrees. Soften your muscles, alleviate stress, and give your body a boost towards increased well-being.
Santa Fe is a unique place for thermal baths, and the warm mineral water is said to have therapeutic properties. Enjoy relaxation and purification. This is one of the hot springs scattered around the world, and now you have the chance to embrace this natural wonder!
We will also be at the beach, listening and breathing to the sea. Bathe and cleanse ourselves through ceremonial dips and simply enjoy the sun and breezes. DAY 1
Arrive in Malaga-Maro.
April 5 Check-in at our hostel, integrate yourself, and land in Maro. You will stay right on the outskirts of the village near the sea and the beautiful countryside.
6 APRIL
DAY 2
Land & Integration
April 6, 2024 Enjoy an immersive experience of Breath Yoga, a harmonious fusion of Kundalini Yoga and other styles that bring balance and energy. Explore the nearby subtropical fruit orchard in Maro and let yourself be embraced by the rhythm of Biodanza. End the day with a nutritious dinner and a relaxing Gong bath. A close and peaceful journey for body and soul.

DAY 3
Let Go Silence
April 7, 2024 In Silence, we hike up to the forest, achieving reflection and clarity with better results. Discipline. We walk in silence in a forest bath while Magdalena guides. At the old olive tree, we pause for a transformational breathwork – Let Go, Release, and forgive. Then, after releasing through breath with Anayah, we have fruits and tea before heading back. After that, personal reflection time, beach, and bathing for those who wish. Then, a light evening meal of Alkaline Food. Lukas will come and hold a cacao ceremony, a meditation with sound healing. Closing with Soundhealing with Lukas.
8 APRIL
DAY 4
Let Go Continuation...
April 8, 2024 Let yourself be guided by "Let Go Transformation Breathworks" with Gong and the sound of the sea, led by Anayah. Enjoy a delicious brunch by the beach and then take time for personal reflection and self-care – an essential part of these transformative processes. The afternoon is devoted to Biodanza Transformation with Magdalena, followed by a communal dinner and a fire ceremony. A day filled with profound change and presence for the soul.
9 APRIL
DAY 5
Embrace the Transformation and the New Experience renewed energy with Breath Yoga, embrace the healing sources in the mountains at Santa Fe. Biodanza outdoors among the olive groves, let yourself be swept away in the flow with the water. Experience healing in the hot springs and a sense of purification. Enjoy a delicious dinner with Alkaline Food on-site before heading back. Possibly, the day ends with a strengthening Gong Bath, depending on the time when we return. A day filled with vitality, harmony, and embracing life.
10 APRIL
DAY 6
Enjoy the New!
April 10, 2024 Breath Yoga Live Light! Breakfast. Trekking to the beach theme! "World's End" sharing and a ceremonial dip in the sea. Fruit. Then free time and closing ceremony with a bonfire, music, and dance.

DAY 7
Check-out - Departure by taxi or bus.
(For those participating in the relaxation retreat, please inform in advance if you wish to join for the departure. Otherwise, there are accommodation options in other places in Maro, Nerja, Malaga before the next one starts.)
UP IN THE MOUNTAINS
From wild herbs such as thyme, lavender, rosemary, sage to mountain landscapes, the sun, the earth "tierra" under your feet, replenished by the electromagnetic field. We forest bathe guided by Magdalena and Anayah, moving towards a walk leading to a transformation breathwork in the forest, ending at an old olive tree where we pick up something to offer to the earth's altar, gifts. To be awake, to see, to reflect. Where we let go, transformation occurs. We will provide some information about Nature's Pharmacy, from what we can. After the transformation breathwork, we take time to write and reflect, walking back in silence to food and sunset. Time flies, so we cherish everything by being in the present, learning to appreciate, breathing in and regaining the power within you.

Additional information about payment details will be sent via email from Anayah at Earthly Life School. Installment payments are entirely possible. Contact us to arrange multiple installments based on your situation. Accommodation and meals are included in the price. Receipt or invoice will be provided. The yoga retreat can also be deducted as a health trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of a canceled trip, the full amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made 60 days before the stay date. If cancellation is made after 60 days, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations less than 30 days before the stay date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
OTHER:
Flight/train to Malaga is not included in the price. Direct flights from Sweden are available with airlines such as Vueling, SAS, and Norwegian. Pickup from the airport is an additional cost of 75 euros per person.

NO TOLERANCE:
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for violence, both verbal and physical, in accordance with yogic principles (Ahimsa). Involvement in violence requires guests to leave without a refund. In case of illness, a medical certificate is required 30 days before the retreat for an 85% refund, as we must ensure our costs are covered.

You can also book to stay a few days afterward if you'd like, especially if you plan to join the relaxation retreat. Let us know your needs, and we'll assist you accordingly.
When you arrive, check in at the hostel located right on the outskirts and close to our excursions, except for Santa Fe, which we reach by car. The room has 2 beds and can be separated. If you want a private room, you'll need to pay double; in that case, please contact us. There's also a small kitchenette, TV, wardrobe, and a toilet. Clean sheets and water are provided. It's close to the sea with a small restaurant below and a convenience store nearby. So, when you arrive on April 5th, there's time to settle in. You can take a bus here or be picked up at the airport.
